Philip Morris just bought a new patent from some well respected medical professionals and inverters from Jed Rose of Duke University. Although some smokeless cigarettes or e cigarette companies and users look at it as a superior product as an alternative to tobacco cigarettes, but most are expecting a colossal failure because of the nature of the nicotine delivery.
While most believe it will be an FDA approved cessation product, most still do not believe it will harm the e cigarette market at all because it lacks most of the attributes that make smokeless cigarettes such a hot ticket among smokers.
With this new technology, there is only one atom inhaled, and a chemical reaction is what changes that one atom into nicotine that is usable by the body. That means no visible vapor, no sensation of feeling the vapor in the mouth and throat.
Most believe that it is the above listed attributes and being able to use it like a tobacco cigarette that has made smokeless cigarettes what they are today.
